Parlor City Vegan specializes in bringing scratch-made plant-based comfort food to the meat & potato masses with our event catering and line of dairy-free plant-based cheeses. Sara, and husband Lei are executing a strategy to develop Parlor City Vegan as the premiere plant-based event catering provider in the Northeastern United States, as well as, expand dairy alternative cheese offerings beyond direct restaurant wholesale orders to include New York State retail establishments such as specialty grocery stores and wineries.
Sara Liu is a 2017-2018 graduate of SUNY Broome’s Entrepreneurial Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP Program is a three months program combining SCORE Mentoring, classroom lectures and networking to develop a business model. Sara consulted with Terry Stark, SCORE Certified Mentor, throughout the Program resulting in Parlor City Vegan being recognized as one of the top business plans in the Program. This helped pave the way for future success in the Binghamton Business Plan Competition.
